To fulfill your request for flexible funding, your data is securely transmitted to our underwriting partner, YouLend Limited. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your commercial data to any third-party marketing organisations.

4. Soft Identity Checks

Initial validation checks executed by our partner are “soft checks” and do not register permanent footprints on your corporate or personal credit files.

5. Your Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you have the right to request access to the data we hold on you, or request the deletion of your data from our Vaulex Pro Cloud systems once the application process has concluded.
