2. Our service — what we do and do not do
Vaulex is an introducer (reseller) for YouLend Limited. We help UK businesses apply for YouLend’s business funding by collecting your details and passing your application to YouLend.
- We are not a lender and we do not provide funding.
- We do not make any lending or credit decision. All decisions about whether to offer funding, and on what terms, are made solely by YouLend.
- We do not guarantee that you will be offered funding, or that you will be offered any particular amount, price or terms.
- Any funding is provided by YouLend under YouLend’s own agreement and terms, which you will enter into directly with YouLend.
3. No advice
The information on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should obtain your own independent advice before entering into any funding arrangement.
4. Eligibility
Our service is for business purposes only. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
5. How we are paid
If your introduction leads to funding, YouLend pays us an introducer commission calculated as a percentage of YouLend’s margin on that funding. This does not increase the amount you repay. By proceeding you acknowledge that we receive a commission on this basis.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including any bank statements, Open Banking data or documents needed to assess your application.
- Consent to us sharing your information with YouLend so your application can be assessed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, other than third-party marks, is owned by or licensed to Vaulex Group Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. The YouLend name and logo are trademarks of YouLend Limited and are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.
8. Third-party services and links
Our website may link to, or rely on, third-party services such as YouLend and Open Banking providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from: any decision by YouLend to offer or decline funding; the terms of any funding provided by YouLend; your reliance on general information on this website; or any matter outside our reasonable control.
