Welcome to Vaulex Flexible Financing. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our business funding portal. Vaulex Group Ltd is a registered business operating in Penarth, Wales, and serves as an official introducer partner to YouLend Limited and YouLend ApS.

1. Our Service

Vaulex Flexible Financing facilitates the initial application and secure document transfer for merchant cash advances and flexible business funding. We provide the infrastructure (including Vaulex Pro Cloud storage) to securely pass your eligibility data to our underwriting partner, YouLend.

2. Partner Regulation & Compliance

All funding decisions, asset allocations, and formal agreements are issued by YouLend.

• YouLend Limited is a Payment Institution authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA FRN: 947287) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (SI 2017/752) for the provision of payment services in the United Kingdom.
• YouLend’s merchant financing is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

3. Accuracy of Information

By utilising our application portal, you confirm that you are an authorised representative of your business and that all transactional data, identities, and supporting documentation (including PDF bank statements) provided are accurate. Misrepresentation of commercial operations may result in immediate rejection.

4. Liability

Vaulex Group Ltd is not liable for underwriting decisions, funding timelines, or changes to fixed-fee rates assigned by the underwriting partner. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the secure, encrypted transmission of your data via our digital infrastructure.
